The hotel was in a beautiful central area of Madrid with easy access to everything. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and the room was a good size and very comfortable. I stayed in a hotel at a time when they were doing construction across the street and unfortunately they emptied the dumpster in the middle of the night - clearly not the fault of the hotel. I would recommend wholeheartedly!

This is an exceptional hotel in the center of the Barrio de Salamanca, an old residential area close to the heart of Madrid. The hotel is quiet and secluded and the service, the food and the facilities are exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and the shared spaces are inviting and stylish. Perfect tasteful understated luxury and very friendly. The staff helped us in making a last minute reservation at their in house restaurant (which is exceptional!). Our family of four had a fantastic stay. I guess I am overusing the word exceptional, but it feels like an understatement in this case.

This is an excellent hotel in a really nice area. I have stayed here several times before and always look forward to going back. It is beautifully designed, very comfortable, great beds, the staff is incredible. There is a reason it is a member of Small Luxury Hotels. It really is exceptional. Within walking distance of everything.Highly recommend-

Beautiful hotel, feels like townhouse with tons of chic Perfect quiet location in the heart of Salamanca bario, you almost don’t feel like a tourist.

I had to make a late check out because of my flight. I didn’t got the room for extra money or time. I did not wanted to pay any extra fee. Instead they offer me guard my luggage’s, and offer me a Shower from their spa facilities to bath and leave for no cost. For me was a great gesture

Location is amazing, small hotel with beautiful garden where they serve breakfast. We didnt try the restaurant but its 2 Michellin stars, so it should be great. Nice rooms, bit to small but fully equiped. Staff was very helpful and kind.

A beautiful hotel located on a quiet tree lined street within walking distance to everything. Wonderful beds, great staff and service. This was my second time in this hotel and I will be returning soon. A great choice in Madrid, highly recommend.
